In September 2022, Chronopost launched its digital referral platform with Keycoopt System.

The objective to make its 3,800 employees players in recruitment by encouraging referralusing a digital tool. But also to boost internal mobility. 4 months after the launch of its platform, Chronopost had already made over 80 recruitments!

Why did you choose to work with Keycoopt System to launch your digital referral program?

How did the rollout and launch of your digital referral platform go?

The launch of the platform was a real success! We committed ourselves to a comprehensive communications campaign, which included several videos and e-mails. On launch day, we had over 1,200 connections, and in the first month we received 42 referrals!

The Keycoopt team was very willing to help us with the project. They really made the parameterization easy to understand, being sympathetic and questioning us on all the particularities of our processes so that the platform would be optimal.”

What impact has this had on your recruitment strategy?

Mourad BOUZIANE, Chronopost HR Director: “The impact is already very significant. At Chronopost, we have between 250 and 300 internal transfers every year. So our platform, Chronotalents, really enables us to capitalize on this internal mobility, to make offers much more accessible and much more visible to all employees.

The platform means that we now have a very dynamic vector for the distribution of these job offers at Chronopost.

We’ve already recruited 86 new staff in 4 months, 62% through internal mobility.

How do you see the future?
